Order Fulfillment
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt. This does not include weekends and holidays in Korea. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending on the volume of orders received at a given time. If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 3 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

Failed Delivery
Please note that if the delivery failed due to any reason including insufficient address, missing post code, and insufficient recipient information, we will contact you for checking but if there's no response within the time limit, parcel may be returned or discarded.
If parcel is discarded or returned due to customer's fault, refund cannot be made. Please double check your delivery information before checkout and take calls from shipping company for checking.
For claims on returned parcel due to insufficient address, unclaimed by addressee and etc., can be checked only for delivery made within 1 months.
Unclaimed Return
If a parcel is returned to Cocodor Global because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Duties and taxes for International Purchasing
Please be aware that import duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
For customs clearance purposes, we request that you divide your orders for purchases that exceed USD 300.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for import clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Cocodor Global has no control over these charges, nor can Cocodor Global predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
Check Your Order Status
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will contain shipping details, your tracking number, and links to the selected courier website.
Delivery Delays
While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit.
If there is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your package. Please contact the carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.

Payment Amount
All of our products’ prices are in USD.
- Please be noted that the actual amount of payment may differ from the price indicated in your cart depending on:
1) The USD exchange rate of your bank
2) Special offers of particular products at the time of purchase
- We are unable to ship purchases over 300 USD due to customs clearance.
Please place separate orders for your desired items if the total amount due exceeds 300 USD.
- If the currency of customers' bank cards is not in USD there will be an exchange in currency during the refund process, and there would be a difference in paid amount and refunded amount due to differences in exchange rate over time.
Customs Duties
Customs Tax
When ordering from Cocodor Global, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges. Customs policies vary by country and Cocodor Global cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
Customs Refusal
We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues. When refused package returns to Cocodor Global, we are not responsible to ship it out again. But we inform our customers of receiving notice of the package and if customers pay shipping cost again, Cocodor Global will ship it out. No refund, no replacement will be incurred by Cocodor Global with any of customs related issues.
